If an urn or product arrives damaged in any way, please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.

All shipping costs are included as part of the final purchase. The cremated remains are shipped via USPS registered mail and the liability of DaisyHillPet.com ends upon delivery of the urn to the US Post Office.
